Job Responsibilities
- As a Document Control Managing and organizing controlled documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Handling the distribution and receipt of documents, letters, transmittals, and submittals.
- Ensuring all documents comply with AIGCC standards, including formats, numbering systems, and revision control.
- Coordinating with various departments such as Procurement, HSE, QA/QC, Engineering, Planning & Cost Control, and HR.
- Updating logs, registers, and trackers related to daily activities.
- Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining secure filing systems.
- Preparing reports, and managing the scanning, copying, and archiving of documents.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
Job Requirements
- Only local transfers will be considered (Iqama must be transferable) for the Document control job in saudi arabia.
- At least 2 years of experience in documentation or administrative positions.
- Experience in construction or industrial sectors is preferred for the Document control job in Saudi Arabia
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
